Difference between Screen and Digital Printing

The fact that the digital printer does not use screens allows for a photographic print, with much more detail than traditional screen printing. As the ink is applied thinner (to achieve such detail), digital printing is best used on lighter colored shirts to allow the design to shine through.

SCREEN PRINTING
In this method, a mesh screen is made with a stencil of your logo burned into it.  Ink is squeezed through the screen and onto the umbrella panel.  Screen printing is for solid colours only (no gradients), up to 4 colours maximum.  This is the most economical print method and is the most common.

            DIGITAL SUBLIMATION PRINTING
In this method, the entire panels are printed in full colour.  The dye particles in the inks covert into gas and bond to the fibers of the fabric.  This is the most versatile print method since anything can be accomplished, but it is also the most expensive and has a higher minimum order quantity.

Umbrella size:

Generally, to determine the size of any type of umbrella, you need to understand how it is measured.

1.Rain Umbrella Sizes

The purpose of the rain umbrella is to protect the user from rain.
Rain umbrella is including stick umbrella and folding umbrella.

When an umbrella is open, there is the Arc, Radius and the Diameter measurement.
Usually, Arc size is used for the USA market, and radius size is used for any other market.

The Arc measures from the end of one rib to the end of the opposite rib on the external part of the umbrella.

Radius measures from open the umbrella then measure from one tip of one side then over the top to the tip of the other side.

While the diameter of an umbrella measures in a straight line from one end of the umbrella to the end in the internal part of the umbrella. The diameter is always smaller than the arc dimensions.

The umbrella length is the combination of the shaft and handles size altogether.

This measurement determines how compact the umbrella is. Which can affect how you store the umbrella or carry it around.

A rain umbrella with a radius size below 23 inches will be capable of protecting one person from the rain effectively. more than 23 inches is for more than one person.

Stick rain umbrella ARC size ranges from 32 inches, 34 inches, 38 inches, 42 inches, 46 inches, 50 inches, 54 inches,60 inches,62 inches,68 inches, and up to 72 inches.

However, folding rain umbrella ARC size can range from 41 inches, 42 inches, 44 inches, 46 inches, and 56 inches.
